Privacy Policy

CrazyCards is a party game played on one phone or across several, with an online Draw & Guess mode. It works without an email, phone number or password: the app uses an anonymous ID from Firebase that is not linked to your identity.

Information we collect

CrazyCards does not ask for your email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, photos, camera, or microphone access.

Draw & Guess. If you play Draw & Guess, we store the nickname you choose, your drawings and their answers, your guesses and points, your friend code and friend list, and the players you block or report. Drawings you send to everyone can be seen by other players together with your nickname; drawings sent "only by link" are seen by whoever has the link; drawings in a friend game are seen only by that friend. You can delete your own public drawings in the app at any time.

Notifications. If you allow notifications, we store your device's notification token to tell you when a friend plays, and to send occasional announcements such as a new version. You can turn notifications off in your phone's settings.

Usage statistics. We count in-app events (for example a round played, a drawing sent, a pack viewed) with Google Analytics for Firebase, tied to the anonymous ID, to understand how the game is played and improve it.

The app may receive technical purchase information from Apple App Store or Google Play when you buy or restore a card pack. This information is used only to verify the purchase and unlock the content. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

Crash and diagnostic information

We may receive limited technical crash and diagnostic information through platform services so we can identify errors and improve stability. This can include the app version, device model, operating-system version, and crash details. It is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.

In-app purchases

Payments are processed by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies. Purchased non-consumable card packs can be restored through the store account that made the purchase.

Advertising and tracking

CrazyCards does not display third-party advertising and does not track users across apps or websites.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Nicknames and drawings can be reported and are hidden after reports; players can block anyone.

Data sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. Data is processed by Apple, Google and Google Firebase (hosting, database, notifications, analytics and crash reports) solely to run and improve the app. Draw & Guess data is kept while you play; to have your nickname, drawings and friend list deleted, email us at the address below with your friend code and we will delete them within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app or applicable requirements change. The latest version will always be available at this page.
